    My daily caloric intake is around 3100 for maintenance and of course around 35-3600 to build muscle. My question is based on a daily intake at these numbers where should my sodium total be at the most. Is anything less than 2000 mgs per day okay or should I try for lower than that's

    Dang I wish I could build off of 3500. Takes me around 4500-5000. 2000 sodium a day is acceptable. That's where I keep mine anyway..

      RDA is 2.4 g of sodium intake daily.
