    Alright I've always drank water during lifting/cardio. Been reading on the bodybuilder.com site that a amino acid is highly recommended. So lets throw it out, what is your drink while exercising?

    10g BCAA's (2:1), and 25g Karbolyn.

      I do a pre work out of the Nos Blast. After work out and as long as my stomach is cool with it I do a Shake.

      Both have more then enough to cover me for the work out.
      Building my self for a better tomorrow.

        1 scoop intra-work out. Like amino core.

          I always drink water. Usually take some BCAA's before training.
          If you can't do it right, Don't do it!

              I have always used xtend and loved it. Felt like i could go all day in the gym. It absoultely worked for me. Im using BPI's BLOX now as an experiment to see if there is any truth behind SAA's. only used it for 3 days so i really cant confirm or deny on BLOX, i will always recommend xtend to anyone looking for a good BCAA intra workout product

                I'm a water man in the gym! I take my AA's 30 minutes to an hour before and the protein shake after but nothing but water at the gym!
