How do you guys feel about dairy. I've been cutting naturally for about 14 weeks now. I've made good progress, went from 235 to 215, and at about 12% bf. I went dairy free this time and have to say, I didn't feel much different from when I did eat dairy. A few years ago I got shredded, probably 7% bf, and I ate a ton of dairy.
Just curious what you guys think. I feel without it, I'm more limited with my protein sources. Also, I fkn love me some cheese.
