    Has anyone heard of or tried this. I was reading Hugh Jackman did it for Wolverine. He would eat about 5000 calories during the eight hour period and then fast for 16 hours everday. The benefit of this type of fast is due to daily increase of Growth Hormone with the 8 hour feeding window.

    I've been doing it for a while now. I don't even consider it a diet. I just push breakfast out to 11 am and don't eat anything after 7pm. Most of the fast occurs during sleep anyway.

    I trying to cut bodyfat now so I'm in a slight calorie deficit, yet I'm increasing strength at the same time. I think there is something to it.
