  • More food new cycle please critique

    Finally increased calories, feeling good, noticed extra food by way of a little bloat and some gas, maybe a little constipated from more than usual food. Maybe I'll finally add some decent size. Please comment on diet, I really don't count anything.

    8:00 am scoop whey with water

    9:30 am 7 egg whites
    cup of Old fashion oats cooked with water with scoop of whey mixed in

    workout noon

    Shake
    2 scoops whey, creatine, glutamine, BCAA, 1 banana, 2 raw eggs
    cup of oatmeal, 3 strawberries, 1/2 cup non fat yogurt, cup of low fat milk.

    3:30 pm Two slices of wheat bread
    chicken cutlet

    6:00 pm cup of brown rice, some beans on top, split chicken breast grilled.

    9:00 same as 6:00

    11:00 scoop of whey, tbsp Peanut butter, cup of milk

    Thats about it. Just started today cycle

    40mg TBol ED
    600 Test E, Bold combo EW
    400 Masteron EW

    Trying to gain lean muscle, never really ate this much OR is this not enough??

    The only down side i see in your diet is the 5 scoops of whey a day. If you can limit yourself to one shake per day and get more whole foods in, it would be for the best

      It's hard to say if its more than u have eaten B4 then go with it or slowly add more food - see how things progress.

      BTW how long is the cycle?

      But I can spit out a few quick thoughts;
      I say eat the whole eggs - 9:30am Meal
      -(egg whites can give u bloat+gas) - I eat a few prunes a week or a spoonful or 2 of Bubbies Sauerkraut (full of good bacteria for digestive system)

      I would eat a little something @ 10:30/11a - another protein shake or banana or apple?
      I like Ezekiel bread (instead of wheat)

      what kind of beans for 6 + 9p meal? (baked bean alot of sugar)

          Cycle is 16 weeks most likely, Beans are red kidney usually with a little tomato sauce, spanish type.
          My cholesterol is usually high which is why I was going for the egg whites.
          An extra bite at 10:30ish sounds good, thanks.

                No im saying replace a few of those shakes with a whole food meal
