So I need to start dieting and eating well. I've been clicking around and I still feel that I don't really know what to eat, yes it is different for everybody but I wouldn't mind some tips. I was thinking something along these lines.
Breakfast - hard boiled egg, fruits (bananas, apples, oranges.)
Lunch - 4 oz chicken breast with some brown whole grain rice, and spinach salad.
Dinner - 4 oz Chicken Breast with rice, basically same as at lunch.
Snacks throughout the day - Sugar peas, carrots, fruits, assorted unsalted nuts.
Drinks - Water, Milk with meals.
Please give your advice, and I am going to be going to the gym starting with 30 minutes of running/jogging, and possibly lifting afterwards. I had back surgery awhile back so running hurts my back very much afterwards even with ample amounts of stretching and hot/ice pads.
