So I'm three weeks into a cut, and here are my stats.
29 years old, 225 lbs., 15-17% body fat.
My diet is:
Breakfast: 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 1/4 cup instant oats, tsp. coconut oil, 6 oz. berries.
Snack: Protein shake, apple.
Lunch: 1/4 hamburger patty, 2 x brown rice cakes, an orange.
Snack: Protein shake, 2 x brown rice cakes, 6 oz. berries.
Supper: Salmon filet, medium sweet potato, 1 cup of brocolli, 1 piece of fruit.
Post workout- Whey isolate, 2 tbsp dextrose.
Bedtime: 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white.
I'm sitting at about 2200 calories, 10% fat, 45% carbs, 45% protein.
I'm doing 1 hour of resistance training 6 days a week; and am currently 2 weeks in to (6 weeks on 6 weeks off cycle) Clen, oral Tren (4 weeks will be taken), and Epistane.
Now my issue is, a week an a half ago when I started the gear and Clen, my weight loss completely ceased. My question is, am I actually building a little bit of lean muscle to offset the fat loss? My diet is almost 1500 calories under what I usually eat for maintenance, but thanks to the Tren I am absolutely stronger than I've ever been. My numbers in the gym has a huuuuuuge increase in two weeks. I feel like I've thinned out, my pants fit much looser, shirts fit better, but no decrease on the scale.
So what do you guys think? Am I at too much of a calorie deficiency and need to up it a few hundred, or am I just offsetting my weight loss with some addition of muscle?
