RENAL AND BONE HEALTH) AND EFFICACY (ENHANCED PROTEIN SYNTHESIS, MUSCLE ACCRETION, AND FAT LOSS) OF VARIOUS PROTEINS HAVE NOW BEEN RESEARCHED TO VARYING DEGREES, HOWEVER. PROTEIN TYPE, DOSE, PERI-EXERCISE TIMING, ENERGY INTAKE, AND TRAINING STATUS ARE CONSIDERATIONS. RECOMMENDATIONS SHOULD NOT BE EXTRAPOLATED FROM OTHER POPULATIONS. THIS REVIEW COVERS DATA SPECIFIC TO THE STRENGTH TRAINING POPULATION AND OFFERS PRACTICAL ADVICE ON MANIPULATING PROTEIN FOR OPTIMAL BENEFITS.
