  • Custom Protein Shake I made

    Im constantly making new things in the kitchen, and the other day I noticed I have a few cans of coconut milk. Next time I would like to have a fresh coconut and milk it myself but this is how I did this one:

    1 can of coconut milk (I had the Thai Kitchen Organic brand)

    4oz egg whites ( Used Egg Whites International)

    1 Scoop or so of your favorite protein ( Used Allmax Isoflex chocolate) chocolate seems to taste very good with the coconut!

    2 tablespoons Peanut butter

    Flax Seed Oil (Did not measure)

    This was just for one serving and I will follow this up with a nutrient profile soon!

    Bro, that sounds yummy! Coconut milk has some pretty good protein, and it tastes awesome, especially with chocolate. I am all over that shit!

      the egg whites kinda make it creamy and add more protein also. My next thing is going to add some oats and possibly coffee to it as a morning meal shake. The shake is high fat and for bulking too!
