Hey guys,
So it might be kind of a dumb question but thought I'd ask anyway. At work I have access to free packaged ham which I recently included in my diet as well, I can't overlook the "free" part of it. I haven't been doing it long enough to see whether or not there are side effects to it or how it's affecting me but I pretty much will be eating 6 to 8 slices of packaged ham a day for 4 days a week, so a total of 24 to 32 slices weekly. I am aware of the sodium intake it has yet again I was wondering if it could be dangerous long term?
Also my goal is to cut, I'm also aware that ham may not be the best option, but what would you advise on if I keep on eating that amount a week? I'm pretty active, pretty much am working out, doing activities a minimum of 2 hours a day with a day off Sunday. Diet is extremely clean beside the ham part...
Anyway any advice would be nice if you have any for that type of diet?
