Has any body else tried these? I just went threw a bottle of them. I used gear threw some of it too so I can't really give a full review. But when I first started on them when I wasn't geared up I could def tell the difference and was very satisfied. I have never used creatine powder either so I can't compare which is what I am looking for. The person who suggested told me the kre alkalyn pills were better cause no loading and less water retention. I didn't have any water retention from the kre alkalyn. The bottle claims that the compound gets to your muscles better also, again can't compare results with powder. Anyways they are expensive, although haven't really looked into price comparison with powder as far as price vs servings. I want to use what works better. Any thing any one?

I work at a supplement store and it's attempting to be the new alternative to monohydrate. It is essentially monohydrate but it is pH buffered so it won't toxify in your kidneys and you don't have to worry about cycling on and off of it.
I've used both, and to be honest, I think it works as well as monohydrate and it somehow doesn't cause water retention. But you do have to dose it higher. 3 pills is probably 3 grams, and after a workout it is prime time to supplement because your body absorbs things so well.
If you were on gear you probably wouldn't notice it. It works best during PCT add a little bit of explosive strength to that first 10 to 15 seconds of an exercise.

I have been useing a pre work booster called power flex atp and it has kre alklyn in it with some other stuff. I have been useing now for two months solid and it works well I have seen the pills but I aint gonna pay what they want for them. I would like to get my hands on some pure Kre Alklyn powder like the monohydrate comes in. I believe the idea behind this PH balance is that it wont become toxic in large amounts and cause water retention or cause an upset stomach

He is talking about the capsules. Hence the 2 a day. 1 before and 1 after. Pretty sure that means capsules not powder lol. Plus I know that 1500mg is the amount of 2 pills. That is the recommended dose. Although it goes on to say 175 (I think)-200lbs take 2 pre and 2 post. And 201+ lbs take 3 and 3.

Afterglow is GNC's. It is the perfect post workout, minus it being $125 for a 4 pound tub.

The link Is another brands, Intek. Good stuff, essentially the same thing but $50 cheaper and half a pound more.

That AfterGlow does sound scrumptious lol. Where did you see it? Price? $ is always a big issue with me. New born son and a full time student, and I also don't come from money. I'm well off but def don't have as much cash around I'd like to spend on supps.
*NVM about price. Just saw the post from cmode!
