I have been cutting and building at the same time and I from the get go have been eating more frequintly than I used to I do just as Xamo said Ive gone from 307 lbs to 230 in eight months, I'm not done yet but its working. I have 3700cals a day spread out over the day ,your induvidule cal needs are going to be defrent to make it work for you. but you have got to keep your metobolic fire blazing not smoldering ,so to do that you feed it all day. I use alot of salad and protien tuna sardines and seafood beef cheese chicken and pork (normal stuff) just dont eat 8 big ass meals a day get what you need and go.
