I am currently dieting and I wanted some input on cheat meals. I have been eating what ever I want for that one meal once a week without counting any carbs, protein intake, calories, etc. Is a cheat meal eating what ever you want? or should you still watch your intake? I have read many different things on this topic and I am just looking for some input...

I eat what ever when ever on the weekends and I'm still able to lose body fat. I do cardio at 5am and then again after I train, around 7pm.The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)
