I am 23 years old, male, about 5' 11'', and weight is 130 pounds (last time I checked around 6 or 7 percent body fat). I am trying to gain muscle. I have done some calorie calculation estimates and my maintenance is around 2400 calories. Does that sound right for my stats? My day consists of a desk job where I don't move around much and I lift weights for about an hour a day, 5-6 days a week (no cardio at all). I just want to make sure I didn't do the calculations wrong so I know how much to add to this number for a steady bulk.
