    i have always had problems with soy. especially concerning my digestion. some products like muscle milk use soy. heres some reading on why you may want to avoid it. http://www.drlam.com/opinion/soyandestrogen.asp

    Good to know, in the past I used to mix soy protein with whey (I'm talking 8-10 years back) I now use a mix of whey, egg white & beef isolate @ 50 -25 - 25 % short acting, for post w/o and a long acting kicker. Works for me.
