I have read that often bodybuilders will impliment a process know as calorie "zig-zagging" to burn fat instead of carb cycling..? anyone use this approach..? I guess the intent is to eat at maint....then instead of manipulating macros percentage's, you drop below maint. caloric intake while leaving macros the same. After doing this for a "couple day's only", then return to maint. for a couple day's and repeat... this way the metabalism does not have a chance to "slow down" before caloric intake returns to normal thus using stored fat on the low caloric intake days...
