My fellow roider/roidets:
I need your help. Im 32 years old and I'm 5'8" 228lbs. I cannot lose fat. I think its my diet. Not sure. I do cross fit AT LEAST 3x a week. Im currently on HRT (200mg of test-cyp weekly and 2 IU of HGH per day 5x a week). Please comment on my diet
BF - Oatmeal (2 spoon of brown sugar) or 4 egg white & 1 egg
Snack - Almonds or Fruits
Lunch - Chicken Breast with Salad or Salmon with Aspargus or salad
Snack - Protein Bar or Protein Shake
Dinner - Chicken w/ Salad or Fish w/Salad or red meat (rarely ever) w/salad
The salads are accompanied with very little dressing (1-2 table spoons)
I also take MethylDrene (purple and white pills) as a fat burner (2 a day)
I would appreciate help on this.
