    My fellow roider/roidets:
    I need your help. Im 32 years old and I'm 5'8" 228lbs. I cannot lose fat. I think its my diet. Not sure. I do cross fit AT LEAST 3x a week. Im currently on HRT (200mg of test-cyp weekly and 2 IU of HGH per day 5x a week). Please comment on my diet

    BF - Oatmeal (2 spoon of brown sugar) or 4 egg white & 1 egg
    Snack - Almonds or Fruits
    Lunch - Chicken Breast with Salad or Salmon with Aspargus or salad
    Snack - Protein Bar or Protein Shake
    Dinner - Chicken w/ Salad or Fish w/Salad or red meat (rarely ever) w/salad

    The salads are accompanied with very little dressing (1-2 table spoons)

    I also take MethylDrene (purple and white pills) as a fat burner (2 a day)

    I would appreciate help on this.

    SW what are your portion sizes and how many calories is that diet per day. How much protein, carbs and fat grams per day. Hard to say anything without knowing that info. My first thought is to many carbs, but list the portion sizes and we'll be able to tell more.

      Is this Dr perscribed? Must be with the sero. I would have the Dr check your estrogen levels. Usually with that high of a test dosage the also perscribe some arimidex.

      You had said in the other thread you crossfit 3x ew...is that it? If so, your going to have to diet super hard to lose BF only training 3x ew.

      As for your diet I would add in 3 shakes (dont have to go crazy with the protein amount 25-30 grams), low carb/fat one mid morning and one before training. You need to totaly clean up your diet......Period. 2 spoonfuls of brown sugar? You want to lose BF.....dont eat any shit food.

      I would drop the oatmeal and no with no carbs until your shake mid morning. I would add waxey maize in your shakes and this will allow you to absorb your carbs real fast after going without any in the morning. I would have a pro-carb lunch, little pasta if you want. 2 oclock I would have some straight tuna the on the way to train I would have a shake with waxey. After your training have dinner (keep carbs low) then a shake with no waxey.

      Now being you dont train all the time you can cut the waxy (Carbs) out of your shakes on days you dont train. This is a simple way to carb cycle......added and subtracting the cabs out of your shakes. This is just something to think about, you know what has to be done.

      Im going to be honest with you, for what your taking you should look much better, your hormones are close to a 20 year old kid !! Start eating better...live the life style.

        I dunno BG, I can easily burn 3000 calories each crossfit work out I do but I'm intense and keeping the intensity til I literally fall to the ground.. IMO the problem is the dieting on days off. Also, maybe not eating enough on crossfit days?
