I know this must sound typical but my goal is to get as big and muscular as possible as fast as possible... a lil about myself. im 5'10, 200 lbs and got kind of a gut... gear should be hear in about a month and i kinda wanted to loose my gut before i started juicin. I want to be muscular big not fat big what should i be eating to achieve this and please list the major no-no's??? thank you.

I keep hearing eat eat eat. But eat what??? I have no clue how to diet! Please help!!

I can briefly tell you what you need to do. At 5'10" and 200lbs you need to drop your cal's to about 2000 to 2500, cut out alot of the carbs and starches, make sure your getting at lest 1.5g's of protein per lb of body weight. Do cardio out the ass, if you can do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat, this is the best time to do it on an empty stomach. Do cardio, do cardio and then do more cardio. Your going to want to eat lean meats, fish, more fish and whole grains. I'm sure some others will be able to add to this.The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)

I just wanna say that you can't be big and lean at the same time in one cycle... either you bulk or cut but you can't do both... most people do a bulking cycle followed by a cutting one... it takes time and the more you wanna rush it the less results you'll get. Don't over train, and if you want to get big I'd actally say to keep your good carbs high, and aim the 3000 calories mark then work from there...
Also... not to be judgmental but you seem to be pretty new at the whole diet and working out thing... you should get your diet in check, as well as your work out routines, then work your ass off without AAS to see what kinda results you'll get as well as earning a better understanding of your body and muscles ...
Also, know that a six pack comes from your diet first... eat clean
A common mistake as well: do NOT work on your abs every day.. do it every other day. Abs need rest like any other muscles.Ain't no use in lookin' down

You don’t have control on your eating habit, I can suggest you some solution on it the first thing is you should know what you are eating try not to eat unhealthy food such as snacks, fast foods etc. Drink lots of water it will break down your fats and make you full so you will eat less. If you feel hungry at that time drink juice or eat fruits. Avoid fatty foods and high calories food and do regular exercise so you can control yourself burn unwanted calories.
