    There are no fast way to lose weight it’s not like that you have gained weight in one or two month it’s your eating habit of several years, so it’s not going to lose so early the first most important thing you need is self-control which you will only get through proper exercise and meditation and if you seriously want to lose weight then take a step today and set your goal then go on proper diet and start exercising regularly. Drink lots of water to stay full and eat less, the most important thing is your diet if you maintain it then nobody can stop you in losing weight.
