    I just wanted to know what you guys think about the recipes in the The New Abs Diet Cookbook? are they worth making for somebody that workouts and wants to cut body fat and keep muscle mass? thanks

    if you want to cut fat simply make a deficit in your calories intake, lower your carbs and do plenty of cardio

      The most important thing is any recipes is protein, calories and fats you should know how much calories are you taking and how much protein is there in your food. The food which is high in calories and low in protein will not help you to cut down your fats. If you want lean body and muscles then your food should be high in protein. You have to do regular exercise which will help you to burn calories and to get a perfect body weight.
