  • Morning Cardio

So I started the morning cardio on an empty stomach for 40 minutes. (Heart rate ranged from 120 to 144) Had a black coffee with extra shot of caffeine plus some Yohimbi HCL. I want to stay as lean as possible while on cycle. My question is how long do I wait afterwards before I eat breakfast or take anything? Also what is the most times I should go per week? thanks

So I would be eating on the bike or Treadmill

You eat as soon as you are done running, you want to renew your muscles glycogen, that with fast acting carbs. Moderate cardio you can do everyday... personally I do HIIT training, my joints and muscles couldn't do it every day, i only do it 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time in the morning..

I forgot to mention, BCAAs and Glutamine are your friends 10 minutes prior to going running on an empty stomach...

If you are doing work out on empty stomach then you are burning glycogen. It is recommended by physicians that you should have a solid meal 90 to 120 minutes before you go for work out and at the same time you should have a liquid meal in the form of protein shake should be taken before 30 minutes of your work out. Your workout days will totally depends on your weight so the perfect calculation can be decided by physician.

Well, thing is seenath, if you eat a solid carbs meal prior to going running, then you won't burn any fat but the carbs you've earlier taken in...

Also, wth is that your work out days depend on your weight? That's so not true.
