Supplements in a container or stick packs?

I seen that Super Pump is in stick packs and container. Do you guys prefer your supplements in individual stick packs or container or don't matter?

No I will not recommend any one to take such supplement. I am using whey protein which doctors also recommend I take a pack of 5 kg bag and most of them are taking it as the same way. I know there are different types of supplement which comes in containers and stick packs but I have not seen anybody suggesting such products.

No offense Seenath but you have no idea what you are talking about... also, physicians don't know shit about supplements as first none would actually recommend them, and second they never studied that area of study. Not to mention that they have no way of knowing the long term effects of any products on your body.

Containers usually are less expensive then the individual packs, but then that's really up to you. Product remains the same either way... I'd not recommend Super Pump though unless it does work good for you?
