    Not sure what diet should be if on a cut cycle with 500 mg test each week, twice weekly.

    Would I cont below maint or should I eat at maint? protein high?

    When I do a PH I would eat about maint or slightly above for a recomp.

    What test are you doing and is that all. Whats your cardio and how many calories are you eatting now? How old are you, everyone is differant. I was doing 4000 calories a day and the gear I was doing was 800mg of test and 300mg of Deca weekly. I did cardio three time a week for 20 minutes and went from 18% B-fat to 14% B-fat and I'm also 48 yrs old. Give us some more info and lets see what you can do.

      Hi, thx for the help!

      Well I am eating about 2k cals during the week with 3k cals on weekends. I am on a pretty aggressive cut right now being 18%. Weight is about 200 lbs.

      I am 37 YO and doing 2-3 hours of cardio per week. Hiking, mountain biking little running, some walking. Things like this. I currently lift 3-4 days per week heavy with another day or 2 light stuff.

      I feel my maint calories are around 2700 with a bit of cardio.

      I will be running 500 of testE with something for water/estrogen control, and prob HCG @ 500. Both test and hcg i will dose twice per week. Since first cycle I prob wont run anything else.

      Just not sure how the diet would work with aas. If its anything like a PH I was always told to eat least maint even if trying to cut. Since taking test not sure how it would work but I assume I may want to feed it lots of protein. Was thinking high protein, good amount of fats (like least 80g) and low to moderate carbs for my cut (around 100g on low days, 150 moderate and higher days around 250-300g when needed).

      18-14% on 4k cals! Was this cause of the aas?

        Everything sounds good, have you lost anything yet? Either way it looks like a few ajustments and you should be good, just have to see what works for you.

        yes I also forgot to say that I was doing 4IU's ED of HGH, the thing was that I was not trying to lose the body fat it just happed. So I stoped doing the cardio.

          Yes I am losing a solid 2 lbs per week which is nice so not changing anything. lol.

          so the 4% decrease, was it the test only that helps cut the fat? I understand diet is key then training. Just not sure how aas works with the diet.

          So say I was to start cutting tomorrow with my testE cycle, would I keep my current cutting macros intact while monitoring the scale, mirror and measurements or should I add some cals to sort of feed the cycle?
