          ya that was every day sometimes 4 i was eating alot of egg whites and found they added nice flavor but like i said i cut them out cause of fat an cals.

            egg whites are fine... the yolk I'd say don't over eat it... eggs are cheap here so that's like my main protein ressource... i can eat like 40 whites a day... lol.. it's tasteless though.. I add some spices and stuff

                Anyway if you decide to eat more yolks just make sure to work out hard to get the chol out of ur body..
