i recently started drinking 50g of protein though out my lifting instead of before and after and i swear I'm seeing nice gains in size and strength. My idea is that your body doesn't know when you're don't lifting so when you finish your set your anabolic window is turned on for that one min rest or so. so what i do is sip some protein between. i noticed when i would drink 25 pre and 25 post my stomach would feel bloated but this way my stomach stays in control.
im not a doctor or nutritionist i just come up with ideas that sound good. anyone else try this and can comment on it?
