  • How do I determine how much protien my body needs?

    -I have read that 1 - 2 grams of protein per body pound should be consumed each day. Now is 1gram per pound enough, is 2grams per pound overkill. Do I minus my fat content from my body weight or do I use my entire weight to determine proper protein intake?

    -I have just picked up this 5 pounds of protein for 16 dollars... it is called Lipotropic Protein by LG sciences. Any feedback?

    Its not bad.. good blend.

    There is no perfect amount of protein .. just estimates. If you are plateauing, add more protein and see if it gets you over the hump
