So Ive decided im off to get a blender in the morning - Mainly for breakfast so lets have some ideas!!!

Whats everyone recommend!!

1 1/2 cups egg whites, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 banana, and 1/2 cup blueberries. Close to 50 grams of protein and tastes pretty good

Try this one Cruz

500 gr of cottage cheese
2 scoops of whey protein
1-2 0z of low fat milk
handful of nuts (almonds, peanuts and so on)

and in blender
And if it's too thick, add more milk.

i like, one scoop whey, one cup oatmeal, one cup skim milk, little bit of peanut butter, and ice. I use a magic bullet not a blender its better for making one time personal drinks IMO
