Tilapia with Tomato, Onion & Basil Dressing
Ingredients:
8 oz. Tilapia fillet
4 cherry or grape tomatoes (cut in half)
2 slices red onion (chopped)
2 leaves fresh basil
1 tsp. olive oil
Pinch oregano
pinch salt & black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia dark side down in an oven-safe pan or cookie sheet lined with with aluminum foil. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Place in the oven & cook for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, combine all the other ingredients in a small mixing bowl & toss or mix well. Allow to sit while the tilapia is cooking. When the tilapia reaches its cooking point, remove it, place in a serving dish & top with your tomato mix.

Side Note:
If you don't want to use this dressing, then use salsa instead. If you know how to make homemade salsa, that's even better 'cause you know what's exactly in there. A good bodybuilder knows what they eat.
