  • Coffee Lovers Protein Drinks

    Here are some great recipes for those who love their coffee in the morning.Some of these are also great pre-work out drinks for a nice little kick in the butt.



    Ingredients:

    * 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder
    * 1 shot of espresso
    * 1/2 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
    * 1 cup of soy milk
    * 3 tbsp of peanut butter
    * 1/4 cup of hazelnuts

    Ingredients:

    * Mix 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein or other protein with:
    * 1 cup of skim milk
    * 5 ice cubes
    * 1 cup of water
    * 1 spoonful of instant coffee!

    Ingredients:

    * 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
    * 1 shot of espresso
    * 5 ice cubes
    * 1 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
    * 1/2 cup of soy milk


    Ingredients:

    *2 bananas
    *1 scoop vanilla protein
    *1/2 milk
    *1/2 coffee, or a couple shots of espresso
    *1 handful of ice
