  • Decent Diet ????

    6:30-7:00
    -1 Protein shake
    -1 Whole Grain English Muffin
    -1 Egg
    -1 Slice of Sharp Cheddar

    Around 10:30
    -3 spoon fulls of brown rice
    -3 spoon fulls of black beans
    -1 chicken breast

    Around 12:30 - 1:00
    -1 Protein shake

    Around 2:30-3:00
    -3 spoon fulls of brown rice
    -3 spoon fulls of black beans
    -1 chicken breast

    Post Workout
    -1 Protein shake

    Around 10ish
    -1 Protein shake
    -Small serving of cottage cheese

    What do you guy think...
    Genetically I gain weight very easily and dont like eating late.

      to get some decent growth without gaining that much fat

        Take out the muffin and add some oatmeal.

        As for the rest, it will depend on your current weight.

          Then IMO I would add more calories brother.If you want to get big you have to eat BIG.

          Yes,thats a clean diet,but a little too clean.Don't be afraid to pack in the calories if you're trying to bulk up.If you keep it relatively clean you will also stay relatively lean.Keep you trianing tight with a good amount of cardio and you will stay nice and tight.

            call me a fool but i cant stand!!!! oats..... the muffin is 100% whole grain- 120 cal - 23g carb- 1g suger- 6g proteins - 3g fiber. not to bad

            current weight around 190
