      Hi everyone,
      My name’s Suzume. I’m 27 years old, about 165 cm tall, and my weight has been stuck around 49–50 kg for as long as I can remember. Most people I know are trying to lose weight, but I’ve always been on the opposite side - I want to gain.
      The tough part is, I’ve tried the usual eat more advice, but I honestly get full so fast that it feels impossible to keep my calories up. Last year I tried adding peanut butter and whole milk into my diet, and while it helped a little, I ended up just feeling sluggish and bored of eating the same things over and over. I don’t want to bulk with junk food either - I’d rather do this in a clean, healthy way that feeds muscle and not just fat.
      I’ve recently started lifting weights three times a week, and it made me realize that my diet is probably the real bottleneck. What I’m looking for is a recipe schedule or even just examples of high-calorie, high-protein meals/snacks that won’t make me feel like I’m forcing food down all the time. Smoothies, Pips NYT rice bowls, meal-prep ideas - anything that’s worked for you.
      If anyone here has gone through the same thing and actually managed to gain weight the right way, I’d love to hear your story or see what your daily eating schedule looked like.
