Quinoa breakfast treat!
1 cup quinoa grains, soaked
1 cup rolled oats, not instant
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 cups water
1/2 cup chopped dates
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place first four ingredients in a pot and cover.
Bring to boil and then reduce to low heat for around 30 mins.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Turn off heat and let sit, covered for about 5 mins.
This tastes great when served with assorted berries or nuts.
