I am extremely sensitive to dairy specifically, carrageenan - which is in most Whey proteins. I am wondering if any of you guys have the same problem and if you have found a whey that doesn't affect you. If it was just "bubble guts" I could tuff it out. But it is way worse than that. I won't go into details but it is like having food poisening.
The only thing I've found is a Veagan protein - but that ain't got Whey in it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
