    I always get a lot of protein from sources that are easily ignored such as banana, beans, cheese, lobster, milk etc.

      I take around ten egg white at morning and five at evening, and then there is chicken and steak every day and protein shakes two times in a day apart from this I take energy bars at middle of snacks.
      I am just maintaining the intake of protein and energy which helps me to build muscles and gives sufficient energy at the time of work out.
      The most important thing is rest which helps to relax my muscles and maintains the blood circulation in muscles.
