    So I'm one month on my bulk...
    All seems fine ... I'm eating loads and 8kg up already.
    My issue it's I eat and I start to burp and want to throw out my food...
    I feel like gas in stomach and farting a lot...
    So what's the problem?
    Same food as last years but I was fine last year...Today I just want to shit or fart
    Sorry for the language but you know me
    Any ideas boys?

    I felt like this before..
    Once I try some shity isolate whey protein...never again afterwards

      Try to change foods u eat any spicy or anything out of ordinary by regular cookie cutter diet standards?

        Think it's dairy or bread.
        Was eating too much of it...
        Cut a bit on it feeling better now..
        I was doing dbol too..

          I can't do dairy fucks me up as well unless im just eating alot of junk at the time then it slips through better
