  • Cajun tuna cakes

    CAJUN TUNA CAKES


    Makes 2 Cakes


    Ingredients:

    4oz of Oat Flour
    1 Whole Egg
    1 Can of Tuna in water
    Cajun Seasoning to taste

    Directions:

    Crack the egg and whisk it in a bowl.

    Add tuna to bowl and mix it well together.

    Combine the tuna mixture with the cajun seasoning and flour and mix well.

    Form into 2 patties.

    Heat a pan with coconut oil or non stick spray and add cakes to the pan and brown on both sides until done.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce,spinach or or buns.

    Had these tonight!! They were damn good quick and cheap as hell lol wife was sick on sunday and she didn't go grocery shopping and i was busy been scavenging lol
