So Im currently taking mr.hyde preworkout to pump me up for my workout and throughout my workout but I never know what I should eat before. I dont want to go to the gym on an empty stomach. Anyone know any preworkout meals? Also Im looking to switch up my preworkout supplement. I hear bullnox is good. Anyone try it before? Thanks for any feedback anybody can give. much appreciated.

Pre Workout Supp and meal?

my cus used this bullnox and he was pleased with it, i personally will never use it. il go with On amino energy or the other pre's from ON, yes im a fan of Optimum Nutrition but rigth now im cutting and i make my own pre workout with caps 3g Citrulline 2g Bcaas 1g A Carnitine 1g Tyrosine 500mg beta alanine, some time caffeine tabs or cup of green tea when i have the time and this is the best pre i over used. pre workout meal is my breakfast 50g oats 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites as an omelet. post workout ON Hydrowhey with half Bannan and i add one caps of calcium citrate
rest of my meals only protein and some fats. when im lean bulking i use 100g oats with eggs as breakfast and one whole bannana with syntha 6 post workout, and only carbs in the morning and post workout meal.
