    F.I.S.T. LONDON BROIL



    Total Time:2 hrs Up to 24 hrs
    Servings: 6

    Ingredients:

    2lbs of London Broil (Top Round)
    2 Tbsp of Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp of Chile Powder
    2 Tbsp of Habenero Sauce
    1 Tbsp of Dried Oregano
    1 Tbsp of Sweet Paprika
    2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
    4 Pincehs of Salt Substitute
    4 Tsp of Black Pepper



    Directions:


    Pre-heat grill pan to medium-high heat.

    Mix all ingredients in aa large bowl and rub both sides of meat with mixture and let marinade for at least on hour but I let it marinade overnight.

    Grill meat for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for more well done.

    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing against grain.
