Alright, had some tech difficulties with my laptop, but now I am good. These past couple days have been hard for me. I work long hours, sometimes without a break. I stand all day so I get a little warn after 10 hours combined with the diet and exercise. I have been having to force myself to eat about 2 out of 5 meals a day. That being said I weighed in at 234. So I am averaging 2lbs a week and would like to keep that up. I know that SAM said to keep the lighting the same but I had to switch it up thanks to technology failing me. The Gp gear is great. little to no pip. Just some light soreness.
