im new to this kinda, im eating8 times a day,3500-400cals a day, 1.5-2 grms of protien per lb. of body weight. im training five days a week two rest. ill be unning 25mg of dbol 2x a day and 250 mg of sustain250 2x a wk. when i was my heaviest i was around 195-198lbs then had a bad mc wreck wasted away down to 145. it was slow coming back after sitting around over a year but slowly came up to 178-180 natural. Ill keep it posted on my diet ruotines and progress ill keep posting and try to get pictures up asap
