Hey everyone, first of all I'd like to apologize, especially to SAM as I posted pretty late compared to most. I first had trouble finding needles, then to get them shipped.. then had myself some irl stuff going on I couldn't just ignore so anyway here's my first post and I assure everyone that I'll be taking this seriously. I'd like to thank both NAPS and Sam for the opportunity as well.

Pictures are below but first of all let me give you an idea of both the cycle and diet.

Cycle is as follow and if I made a mistake I'm sure Sam will be able to edit this:

1-16 cycle

1-12 TEST E 500mg/w
1-4 TEST P 100mg EOD
8-12 TREN A 100mg EOD
8-12 Winny (still gotta talk to sam about the mg)
12-14 OFF
14-16 PCT NOLVA mg to be decided

Adex on hand and both Clen 9 T3, Clen at 40mg per day T3 not decided yet.

Diet is as follow although the cardio is sometimes replaced by an hour or two of tennis or swimming in the morning.

Why the specific hours you'll ask me? I work 3rd shifts so my hours are completely different thus the reason why meals are at these weird times.

1PM: 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 3g fish oil
3:30PM: 5 oz chicken breast or white fish, 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
6 PM 5 oz chicken or white fish 1/4 (dry measure) brown rice
7PM: train
9PM: 50g whey in water, 1 small banana
10PM : 5 oz lean beef, 1/2 cup brown rice or 5 oz sweet potato
1AM: 5 oz chicken breast or 99% fat free ground turkey, or white fish, green veggies, no dressing
3:30AM: 5 oz chicken breast or 99% fat free ground turkey, or white fish, 1/4 cup raw almonds, raw cashews or walnuts
6 AM 25g whey in water with 1 tbp level, of natural peanut butter

I'll do my best to keep everyone posted on a daily basis and take pictures every week. I'll definitely need to be kept motivated as alone I'm not the best at it so your encouragements are welcomed!
