    DELTS AND TRAPS TODAY


    Here's this mornings workout..........

    Overhead BB Press------2 warm up sets
    2 Rest/Pause Sets of 3,3,3.3 reps,-------3 reps,rest 20 seconds,3 more reps,rest 20 seconds,3 more reps,rest 20 seconds, and 3 more reps
    Rest 2 minutes and run this cycle again.
    2 Sets of 10

    Upright Row--1 warm up set
    2 Sets of 6
    1 Set of 12

    Dumb Shrugs----2 Rest/Pause sets same as above.
    Rest 2 minutes
    2 Sets of 15

    Incline Dumb Shrug--3 Sets of 8
    Superset with.....
    Incline Rear Delt Raise--3 Sets of 8

    Dumb Lateral Raises-1 Set of 10,drop weight 20% rep to failure,drop weight 20% again rep to failure again.

    Dumb Ft Raises-1 Set of 10,drop weight 20% rep till failure,drop weight 20% again and rep till failure again.

    Chest today.Here's this mornings workout........

    Incline Bench Press-----------4 Sets of 6
    Incline Dumbbell Presses------4 Sets of 8
    Flat Bench Press--------------4 Sets of 6
    Forward Lean Dips------------1 Set of 15 with 35lb plate
    Push Ups----------------------2 Sets of 50.

    Elliptical for 30 minutes.



    Off from the iron today.MMA only till 1.
