    You might want to do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Take something like Yohimbe HCI and maybe a black coffee first. You won't have to do much more than the treadmill, on an incline about 3 mph or so. It's great for burning fat without having to work so hard. If you do this make sure you do take it easy because you haven't eaten since the day before and it could be counterproductive if you push to hard. Have your first meal right after.

      I agree with Paul completely. I would only change one thing. I would get a 8:1:1 Branch Chain Amino mix and consume a single serving before you go. Monster amino has 10 calories in a serving of 12.5 grams of BCAA's. It will give you a fighting chance at remaining anabolic during your cardio and help open the mTOR pathway.
      Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.
