    sup guys been lifting for 10 years consistent 5'11 189lbs 11% bf. some o my best lifts withing the past 2 months is: bench: 325x2, deadlift 315x2, standing shoulder press: 190x2, squats: 295x2.

    Hope to get to learn from you bros and dish out some advice as well.

      If this guys been lifting for ten years and is only putting up that weight hes doin something wrong and if his gains have looked scary in the last two months hes taking something see what the next month brings
