I've heard some good things about MP Assault. The only thing that puts me off is the amount of caffeine in it. I prefer something more natural which is why I like Cellmass, but as you say everyone is different.

I've used no explode and Nitrix together for 14 weeks. Good stack, but too expensive. I like superpump from Gaspari and his protein Myofusion is great. Just get cookies and cream and its delicious!

        From other supps :

1gr vit c 2x per day (first thing in the morning, before gym)
Animal pak one per day with meal
potassium 3x per day with meals
        omegas 3x 3grams with meals
        magnesium/cacium/zinc combo 2x per day

What type of preworkout supplements do you guys like? Something like jacked that gives a pump and energy or something with energy and amino acids to assist with muscle building, repair. Etc

I have a question. OK, so most of my protein should come from food and not a whey protein shake. Does that include protein bars? are protein bars along the lines of a protein shake, or would they be considered, more of a real food

Bars are not good for you. Stick to quality shakes.

Well bars do taste better and you can eat one anywhere, anytime. lol But they aren't good for the body.

Protein powders and protein shakes are really good it will help body to take sufficient protein in the day which is really important to build muscles. There are many companies of protein powder but I use whey protein of ON after my exercise and at night before sleeping, creatine during lunch which is helping me to get more energy at the same time I drink around 4 liters of water in a day so unwanted thing is out from my body. I also take energy bar middle of snacks, so I can maintain my energy level. I give more importance to rest which relaxes my muscles.
