  • Your favorite recipes!

    Whats Up Everyone,
As some of you guys may already know, I have been lucky enough to have been chosen to be part of project get shredded. Prior to the project, I have already lost 20 lbs in the last two months. However, Looking at it, my meals tend to be bland and strictly for sustenance. This is getting really old quick.
What are your favorite recipes and if you know the macro. Please list them. For me lately, I have only been mixing the type of protein from fish to chicken to lean beef to eggs, etc. They are all still grilled with steamed or boiled veggies. Any recipes will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks Yall

Well would be nice, if I put one in. LOL Anyhow, this a new one for me but for anyone who needs/ wants a coffee pick me up, try this. Coffee, coconut milk, and vanilla whey protein. Here, we have our coffee cream and sugar and it tastes darn good. Just add the coconut milk to your liking. (8 oz of coconut milk has more potassium than a banana has vitamin d, calcium and is rich in iron.)

              Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
              Mustard
              salsa
              Lemon + Lime juice
currys and other spices r great also

                        Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

                        Ingredients
                        ■1 large egg
■1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder
                        ■1/4 cup of coconut flour
                        ■1/2 tsp of baking soda
                        ■1/4 cup of flaked coconut
                        ■1/4 cup of milk*
                        ■10 ground Brazil nuts
■1/8 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips

*( any type milk will work.)

                        Directions
                        1.Preheat oven to 340 F or 170 C.
2.Mix together egg, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut, milk, and ground nuts.
3.Once dough is formed, stir in chocolate chips.
4.Using a spoon, divide mixture into 12 cookies and place on a sprayed cookie sheet.
5.Put in oven for 15-20 minutes.
6.Remove them from the oven as soon as they cook through. It's good if they're a bit soft in the center. Make sure you don't overcook them because they'll dry up and lose their charm if you do.
7.Let them cool, pour yourself a tall glass of milk and boom! Enjoy a couple of cookies!

                        Notes:
If you want lower-calorie and lower-fat cookies: use oats instead of flaked coconut, almonds or walnuts instead of Brazil nuts, and cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips.

1/3 Cup Milk (I used almond)

                              Combine all Dry

in a seperate bowl mix the egg white by itself to a stiff peak (around 2-3 minutes) and SLOWLY fold into the mixture. This will help with moisture and overall texture
