How do I reduce body acne? It's all over my arms and shoulders and chest, now it's going down to my stomach area. Help me

The tanning bed is a good start. I use a sea salt scrub to help dry out the skin. I was having issues last year at the beginning of one of my beach trips. The salt water dried me out. When I got back I was able to find a sea salt scrub at bath and body works. It in conjunction with the tanning bed was enough to keep mine under control. If you try different things like this and over the counter acne products you maybe able to get it in check. If not a trip to the doctor for a scrip would be my advice. Good luck I hope this helps. wire brush the acne and jump in a bathtub of bleach. That should do it..

DUDE!!! Thats just wrong... Oxy Clean works great for me. Bath and Body works has some awesome scrub sponges too.

You can use tooth paste. Its dries it out

I've said it B4 and everyone got weirded-out (which is funny cuz got knows what some r injecting into themselves) but the 1st urine of the day is a magic cure for acne.
applied externally (just remember to thoroughly wash afterwards)

Maybe thats why i never get acne, cuz i like to piss against the wind and shower myself in it... especially first thing in the morning.

Had the same problem till I started using a wet cloth and epsom salt and believe it or not 1 of my clients started using proactive on his body aand in a months time got rid of 99% of his acne problem. It acually works great and after seeing his results I would recommend everybody try using it.!!
