You won't gain anything on 2200 calories. You might be able to cut depending on your cardio though

It depends on how big he is. If he is 5'4, 145 lbs, then 2200 calories will work just fine. If you are like me, 6'0 223 lbs, then you will need about 3200 just to maintain your strength. Calories are not the enemy. Keep your diet clean and make sure you are getting enough or you will not lose as much fat as fast.

so even with gear CARDIO is still the deciding factor in cutting? i do cardio 3 days a week 30mins sometimes more but never less...... my diet is good better than most i cheat on the weekends (stay with small portions) but im very good mon-friday and i still cant loose the lower belly fat - never could was hopping Winne would be the wonder drug?

is there something to cut with that makes cardio and diet LESS important???

Yep, Cardio is your issue. I do at least 30 mins per day 7 days per week. Usually, I add in at least 3 more sessions of at least 1/2 hour per week. So, 10 different cardio sessions per week and I still have work to do. Cheating is a necessary evil and you need to embrace it. The idea around a cheat day is to push your calories to the point where your body does not restrict the amount of fat you can lose. If you stay on a consistent low calorie diet, then eventually your body will adjust and you will have less energy with which to work, and a more difficult time burning fat.

yeah so more cardio huh...... WOW that sucks even with winnie and clen and all the gear its still comes down to cardio - any tips on cardio becuase i struggle with the running, and i kinda gave up on working out abs for a while cus i have a small layer of fat over them i fell the abs getting harder if i tighten up... but looks like my stomach is just getting bigger - prolly from the pump of abs pushing on the fat...... so i put the Ab work out a side for a little some may think that is dumb but thats why im here to hear from more experience people

How big he is has quasi no factor in this dude. Tren will make it almost impossible for him on sch low calories to gain any mass. Plus it all depends on his genetic and metabolism. I stick to my first comment, 2200 calories is insanly low.

Cardio isn't the deciding factor, the food you're taking is. Everything else is optional

It sounds like you and I struggle with the same issues. Xamo, it does matter bro, but it sounds like he is built more like me. Also, we are essentially agreeing regardless. Run.... Run... Run some more... I use the Arc Trainer by Cybex at the gym. I have found that I can keep my heart rate at about 160 BPM for 30 mins without any real strain. Then, I supplement the gym cardio with on pavement running. Believe me when I say, "I fucking hate cardio," but it must be done.

Im coming off a skull fracture back in 2006. After the injury, I ballooned up to 272 lbs at approx. 25% body fat.

Xamo, if your diet is good, then it allows you to free the Triglyceride from the lipid. Without cardio, it is much more unlikely that you will burn the triglyceride before it returns to the interior of another lipid. Cardio allows the citric acid cycle to really break loose...

U won't hardly gain any muscle eating that little, especaly taking tren. Maybe 5-10 pounds. U should just call this cycle your cutting cycle then run a bulking cycle your next run. Focus now on losing that gut so during ur bulking cycle you won't appear as if your getting fatter when ur just putting solid muscle on.
