    after a month or two one preworkouts ur body needs a rest not a different stim imo if ur gonna do preworkouts do only 1 month then another 1 month off going for more then one month or trying to not come off completely is gonna make it pretty much useless and u will end up needing perworkouts just to get by at the gym it's like switching from one steroid to a dif one u dont need a switch u need some time off
    but hey thats just what i think and i'm a idiot so don't listen to me

      all i take pre workout is creatine nitrate that has some of that dmaa in it. i dont take it everyday, but after a few months i still get some boost from it when i do take it. but any kind of tolerances like that can be fixed by running one of those 7 day body cleanse/detox setup things

          Maybe ill go two weeks on two weeks off or something.. But the question remains do they all have the same shit in them or are there two diff ones that have diff compounds that if one stopped working for me the next mite help me start fresh

                Coffee. Cheap but only works for about 20 mins. No-doz works. I just feel like meth addict hours after. lol.
                Muscles are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Eat big to get big.

                  I use 750mg Creatine - (Kre-alkalyn) - (ph correct creatine) B4 every workout and K-Otic (EFX)- only when I need a bump not every workout.
