    cannot fully answer that question yet (I am on wk 11). But with the Dbol bump I gained 10# and got leaner in 1st 5 weeks.
    which is phenomenal for us old guys.
    My Goal was to get lean gains + harden up not to gain size at all costs.

    I worked down to 250lb B4 cycle so it was a solid lean 10#.

    @ 265lbs it is very difficult to eat enough to gain size (especially in Summer).

      depend what u are looking to do.. i personally like to make my own cycle of gp stuff when shopping.. but to each his own
